30-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every Ballistix product. If you receive a defective product, we'll make it right.

Custom Turrets & Labels

Custom turrets and labels are made-to-order and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE except in the following cases:

We Will Accept Returns If:

  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing error
  • We made an error in manufacturing your specifications
  • The product arrived damaged in shipping

We Cannot Accept Returns If:

  • You provided incorrect ballistic data or specifications
  • You ordered the wrong scope model
  • You changed your mind after ordering
  • The turret doesn't fit because you measured incorrectly
  • You're unsatisfied with the yardage range (this is based on the data you provided)

Why? Each custom turret is precision-machined and laser-engraved specifically for your scope and ballistic data. These cannot be resold.

Accessories

Standard accessories (levels, tools, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and materials are included
  • You contact us first at support@ballistixco.com

Note: Accessories that have been used, installed, or are missing packaging cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email support@ballistixco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective product
  • Description of the defect or issue
  • Photos of packaging (if damaged in shipping)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We'll review your request within 24-48 hours and either:

  • Approve your return and provide a return shipping label (for our error or defects)
  • Request additional information
  • Deny the return (with explanation)

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

If the defect is our fault or shipping damage:

  • We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • No cost to you

If the issue is due to your error (wrong scope model, incorrect data, etc.):

  • Return is not eligible unless we choose to make an exception
  • If we approve an exception, you pay return shipping

Important:

  • Use tracked shipping for all returns
  • We are not responsible if your return package is lost due to untracked shipping
  • Keep your tracking number until the return is processed

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the product within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

What's Refunded

Defective Products (Our Fault)

  • Full product price refunded
  • Original shipping costs refunded
  • Return shipping costs covered by us

Accessories (Change of Mind)

  • Product price refunded
  • Original shipping costs NOT refunded
  • You pay return shipping costs

Denied Returns

If your return is denied, we'll:

  • Ship the product back to you at your expense, OR
  • Dispose of the product with your permission

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

  1. Return the original product (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order for the correct product

For custom turrets with incorrect data, we may offer a discounted replacement turret if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged in Shipping

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and product immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@ballistixco.com
  3. Do not discard the packaging until we've resolved the issue
  4. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you

Warranty

All Ballistix products are covered by our quality guarantee:

  • Custom turrets: Guaranteed against manufacturing defects
  • Laser engraving: Guaranteed not to fade or wear under normal use
  • Hardware: Guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents or unauthorized modifications
  • Products used outside their intended purpose

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank/credit card processing: 3-5 additional business days (varies by institution)

Total time: Typically 10-18 business days from when you ship the return
