3.1 Custom Products
Ballistix specializes in custom-manufactured turrets and labels built to your exact specifications. By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge that:
- Custom turrets and labels are made-to-order based on the ballistic data and specifications you provide
- Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or we made an error in manufacturing
- You are responsible for providing accurate data (ammunition specifications, scope details, environmental conditions, etc.)
- We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect data provided by you
3.2 Accessories
Standard accessories (levels, tools, etc.) may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.
3.3 Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However:
- Colors may vary slightly from images due to monitor settings
- Specifications are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions or pricing
4. Orders and Pricing

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question
