Processing Time
Custom Turrets & Labels: Made-to-order and ship within 2 business days of order placement.
Accessories: Ship same-day or next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping speed
You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Canada (Domestic)
Standard Shipping
- Delivery: 3-7 business days
- Carrier: Canada Post
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery: 1-3 business days
- Carrier: Canada Post Expedited
United States
Standard Shipping
- Delivery: 5-10 business days
- Carrier: USPS
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Carrier: USPS Priority
Note: Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders under $800 USD qualify for duty-free entry under USMCA/CUSMA.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Typical Delivery Time: 10-21 business days (varies by location)
Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You'll receive:
- Order confirmation email when your order is placed
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships
- Delivery updates as your package moves through the shipping network
Track your order at any time by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your account and viewing order history

Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes (custom turrets only; accessories are fine)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)
- Countries with import restrictions on optical accessories
If you're unsure whether we can ship to your location, contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered early)
- Contact us at support@ballistixco.com
We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us immediately at support@ballistixco.com
- Do not discard the packaging until we've resolved the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address:
- Contact us immediately at support@ballistixco.com
- If the order hasn't shipped, we can update the address at no charge
- If the order has shipped, we'll attempt to redirect it (additional carrier fees may apply)
- If the package is returned to us, we'll reship it (you'll be charged the new shipping cost)
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
What You're Responsible For
As the recipient, you are responsible for:
- Import duties and taxes charged by your country
- Customs clearance fees
- Brokerage fees (if applicable)
These fees are not included in your order total and vary by country.
Customs Declarations
We declare the full value of your order on all customs forms as required by law. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue shipments.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return fees
- Custom turrets cannot be refunded (made-to-order)
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (July-September), please allow extra time:
- Order early to ensure delivery before your deadline
- Expedited shipping is recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Processing times may extend to 3-4 business days during peak periods
